To confirm, change, or cancel your reservation and to remind you before your visit.
To answer messages sent through our contact form.
To run the restaurant service and protect our systems against misuse.
Who may access it
Authorised PAYOTE staff and service providers who help us operate the website and booking service (hosting and transactional email). They may only use your data for these purposes and must keep it confidential.
Where data is stored
This website and our online table-booking service are hosted with OVHcloud.
Personal data from the contact form, online reservations, and site administration is stored on OVH infrastructure in Canada (data centres in Québec), including databases and application files.
Booking confirmations and contact notifications are sent through OVH email services in Canada.
PAYOTE is operated from Antigua & Barbuda. Authorised staff there may access data only to run the restaurant and respond to you. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Online table bookings: up to three years after your last reservation (or from profile creation if you never completed a booking), then we anonymise identifiable customer details while keeping non-identifying history for operations.
Contact form: until your enquiry is handled and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
We may keep certain records longer where law or accounting requires it.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Write to info@payoterestaurant.com. PAYOTE is operated from Antigua & Barbuda.
Booking link by email
After you book, we may send you a personal link to view or change your reservation. Please treat it as private and contact us if you think someone else has used it.
